What happens when you call
Tell us the address and best describe what kind of door you have. We will be able to tell you when we can arrive and an estimate of the cost.
On arrival, he will ask for proof that you live at the property. This protects you as much as anyone. He then opens the door, using non-destructive techniques wherever the lock allows.
If the lock has to be destroyed to get in, or you have lost keys and want the locks changed, a new lock is fitted the same visit from stock on the van.

Common questions
Will you damage my door?
Usually not. Most doors can be opened without damage. If drilling is the only option, we explain why first and fit a new lock.
Do I need to prove I live there?
Yes. We ask for ID with your address, a utility bill or a neighbour who can vouch for you. A good locksmith always checks.
My key snapped in the lock. Can you help?
Yes. We can extract the broken key and, if the cylinder is damaged, replace it with a new one cut to new keys.
Are you a 24-hour locksmith?
No. We work 7 days a week, 8am to 6pm. We would rather tell you that honestly than pass your job to a stranger at night.
